Sharing what I have learned in this path of life with others, is a uniquely satisfying experience. At the end of the day, all that matters is that I did my best for each person who crossed my path that day.
I love my job(s)! Let me share why:
The quintessential right-left brainer; from designing wedding gowns, creating breathtaking cakes and bouquets, using the spoken word to capture the unique qualities of the couple marrying that day, and capturing it all in spectacular photography; making that fairy tale day a reality for couples is what continues to drive my insatiable hunger to create something unimaginable. The only "wedding" job I have not done is DJ/MC. And that is not even on my bucket list at this point! I learned the trade of wedding officiating from the best. I started officiating weddings when I got a frantic 7pm phone call from one of my best friends. His company, South Jersey Officiants, is consistently voted The Best Of The Knot and Wedding Wire. He had fallen at work the day of that fateful (frantic) phone call (he is a welder by day!) and was (literally) in a wheelchair. The wedding he had scheduled the very next day was at a venue that would be very problematic for a wheelchair-bound officiant. I was emailed a sermon, told to go online for an ordination, showed up to deliver it - and, under his mentoring and training, have been officiating weddings ever since.
What I did learn, however, that being given a sermon to deliver, and the process behind how that sermon came to be, are very different things. Because of that, I offer two types of training: 1) How to Deliver a Marriage Sermon 2) How to Write a Marriage Sermon
The course that I have offered only to Graduates of Notary2Pro is specific to the "delivery" of a marriage sermon. We will discuss the similarities between the coveted "NSA" designation, and "Wedding Officiant" designation. We will also discuss the stark differences.
At the end of this class, you will: 1. Have the tools and resources you need to become an ordained officiant 2. Have the information you need to officiate a wedding ceremony 3. Have a mentor for 6-months (or your first 3 wedding ceremonies) 4. Have a business partner that will refer ready-to-deliver wedding sermons to you! Wedding officiants (unlike some of the totally remote NSAs) *must always* appear in person! There is no such thing as "electronic" or "remote" officiant.
P3 Services has developed an entirely new approach to the wedding industry, and is now training Officiants (just as Notary2Pro trained you in NSA duties!); and is taking the wedding officiant industry to the next level!
Those who successfully complete training, will be added to our nationwide database. Whether you choose to write your own ceremonies (classes are forming!), or receive ready-made ceremonies to deliver (this class), Notary2Pro Graduates will be our go-to officiants!
You will have the advantage of an award winning officiant on your side! But consider, an award winning officiant isn't award winning because they showed up and delivered a speech; they are award winning because of the content of that speech. After completing this course, we will be pleased to add you to our ceremony writing class!
