Scherrer became the 57th Notary Law Instructor for California to be Vendorized. She has taught in colleges, universities, adult schools, companies, and private classes. She maintains Vendor Approval annually from the Secretary of State. She has written, published, and copywritten 3 books: "Ten Steps to a Proper Notarization," "How to Become a Notary Signing Agent," and "Marketing $trategie$ for Notaries Public."

She became one of the first National Notary Association's "Certified Notary Instructor" in 1995 and that began her Notary teaching career. That and a Lifetime CA Teaching Credential helped launched her career.

She has renewed her CA Notary Commission until 2019.

Bobbi was chosen "Top 10% in Educational Leadership" in Who's Who.

In 1994 she created the Central Valley Notary Task Force to improve education for Notaries. She persuaded DMV to travel to the Senior Centers in Stanislaus County so they could obtain Senior ID cards. She was the first to invite a County Recorder/Clerk to speak with Notaries.

Bobbi taught classes for the National Notary Association at several of their conferences.
