Attached is your Certificate for passing the Signing Agent Course. Here is what comes next!
You now have access to the Graduates website at:  http://notary2prograds.com  The password is  creamofthecrop. Click on the Kitty Cat on the Home page and read the Graduates letter!
  1. Go to www.notarycafe.com and sign up for a free listing. Many companies on our list need only your user name and password to add you to their database.
  2. Visit “Our Vendors” page on the Graduates website and follow the instructions for registration included on that page.  On the bottom of the page is the Vendors list which you can download and then print. This list is used to contact them for the purpose of being added to their database. Once you contact them please follow up within a week to make sure they added you to their database.
  3. If you use Facebook, there is a new group called “NOTARY PROFESSIONALS” run by Carol.  I encourage you to join and participate in the discussions. This is a safe place to ask questions and help others!
  4. Go to “LinkedIn” and join the “Notary2Pro” Group. A profile on LinkedIn is very professional and a lot of people will check it out.  Please check out my profile!
The following items will make it easier for you to operate and build your business.
  • For the absolute best programming for tracking all your signings, income, expenses and tax work go to: “Notary Assist” under Affiliates and follow the link to get a Notary2Pro discount.
  • If you do not yet have a Dual Tray Laser printer go to “Page Separator” under Affiliates. Call me if you have any printer questions.
  • A website is almost a necessity to show that you are a very dedicated and professional signing agent. If you would like call Barbara and ask her about building a website for you at a very special low price she provides our graduates.
  • On the Home page of this website there is a calendar.  If you are a mentored graduate, you can schedule time with me on the phone when you have a lot of questions. If you are in a signing or have a quickie question you may call me without an appointment!
  • If your time to access everything available to you on the Notary2Pro website has come to an end we now have a subscription plan.  The information is on the Register page at:  http://notary2pro.com
  • When you get our invitation to join “OUR RECORDS” be sure to accept it.  You will then upload your credentials and can send them to companies securely and prove you are good to hire with verified credentials. You will also have access to FREE encrypted transmitting services of loan documents (a necessity).
