Before establishing her own mobile notary service, Laura Biewer was both a successful business owner and corporate executive. Laura began her career as a Quality Assurance Officer. Her job required ensuring compliance not only with company quality goals but federal and state regulations. The most compelling part of this work for Laura was protecting the public and ensuring the integrity of the company’s products.
Laura founded At Your Service Mobile Notary in 2004 and became a Certified Notary Signing Agent that same year. In 2016, her business was named by Yelp! as a “top 10 notary service in the Modesto and surrounding areas”. She also provides private coaching services for notaries are interested in generating revenue as a mobile notary with specialties such as Trusts, International Adoptions, and Hospital/facility work. For the last 10 years Laura has been a Seminar Instructor preparing attendees for the CA state exam, and has facilitated notary-education training for thousands of notaries since 2006. She is frequently sought out as a featured speaker at many meeting/conference events including CALDA (Ca Legal Document Assistants), Montana SOS Notary Conference, NNA conference and in-service training for hospice staff. Most recently she co-organized the first successful CA Notary symposium, a day of learning for notaries by notaries to push their business farther, faster.
