Apostille

For California my fee is $99 for the first Apostille and $56 for each subsequent item for the same customer per order. Pricing is a little different for each state, When I work with a notary, I will give them all my pricing info. I also give them my shipping benefit. For example, if they want to overnight to me from California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon or Nevada, I can email them a label for about $10. Expedited return to them or their client is included in the original $99.

Let's say a notary has a client request for 2 documents to be apostilled. The total to me would be $155, $165 if they need a label. This includes all fees.The notary would want to charge at least $265 if they want to clear $100 on that transaction. I never tell a notary what their pricing should be, but I do encourage them to begin the way they intent to end. No one wants to be driving all over town picking up, notarizing, dropping off, fielding calls, for a $1.28 at the end of it all.
